What Does My State Report?

The National Criminal Indicator is a proprietary database maintained by LexisNexis. It compiles criminal records from state and county court registries. Each state has guidelines as to what they will report and how far back they'll allow records to be shared. Since Package #1 is a database search only, you may want to reference the State Coverage Detail report to see which records are being reported from your state. This information may help you to determine which screening package will best meet your needs.
