Interviewing as they Exit

Most organizations, churches included, will interview people before placing them in a position or ministry role. That helps the process of getting the right person in the right role. But it's equally important to interview as they leave their position. Schedule a time when you can meet privately with the person and ask some questions to help understand the reason for them stepping down.
