What I’ve Learned About Equipping

Sherry Moorhead has been on staff at NewSpring Church for over seven years. In her current position as director of volunteers, she works to keep God's vision alive for the over 3,500 volunteers who serve weekly. Over the years, she has learned some important—and sometimes hard—lessons about how to do that. She shares her experience to help us learn those lessons a bit more quickly and easily. It involves sweet spots, narrow focus, and a lifestyle.
