While physical safety is essential, emotional safety is just as important if you want children to feel secure enough to share their deepest spiritual thoughts with you. While this lesson is written to teachers of children’s classes, it might also be beneficial to anyone who works with ministry groups where deep relationships are important, such as adult Sunday school teachers, youth group leaders, small group leaders, men’s and women’s ministry leaders, etc.
