Preventing Burn-Out

We all have days when we really don't feel like getting out of bed. But what happens when it's more than just once or twice? What happens when the volunteer who was excited (or maybe it's you!) gets to the point of saying she doesn't want to serve any longer? The actual reason they give will change, but the reality is that many volunteers simply get burnt out. This is less a problem in churches that have built an equipping culture, because they're no longer living under the tyranny of the 80/20 rule that forces 20% of the people to do 80% of the work.
