Finding and Raising Up New Leaders
It seems there is a chronic shortage of leaders in the church. But the truth is that God will always send each local church the people needed to accomplish the things He wants for that church. So how do we identify them, and get them into the right position? A lot of it is simply increasing our awareness; evaluating our volunteers' potential for growth rather than simply hoping they're going to do what we've asked them to do today.
