Training to Help Your People Grow
Stagnant. The word conjures up images of smelly, dead pools of water, infested with insects. Not a pretty image, is it? The same is true of volunteers who aren't continually challenged to grow and develop, and it's our responsibility as their leaders to give them those opportunities.
