A Quick Formula to Revolutionize Your Church

This little gem came in Group’s employee email a few weeks ago! I was immediately impressed with the writer’s ability to convey something so powerful in such a succinct way. (A skill I am constantly striving to master…).

I think this little formula could revolutionize many churches (and businesses, for that matter) if they would have the courage to answer these questions openly and honestly.

New, Renew, Redo and Doo Doo*

New – What new things can we do?

Renew – What existing things need a freshening up?

Redo – What things are great ideas but need a better or different execution?

Doo Doo – What things stink and really just need to be buried?
