For the past year or so, our team has been tossing around an idea that I believe can make your job easier. As we move forward in the development process, I’m excited to share it with you–and most importantly, ask for your input. Doesn’t everyone love giving their opinion–or is it just me? As leaders with great vision and experience, your feedback is invaluable to us! So here goes:

Group is developing a new resource to help leaders recruit and train volunteers more effectively. Each yearly campaign will include a main theme, scripture verse, logo, and slogan; a fall recruiting plan with video; content for a training event, and an appreciation/celebration event for the end of the serving season. These fun themed ideas will help leaders reinforce the value of volunteer and generate enthusiasm for serving in churches.
