Appreciation Pennies

We have a dedicated Sunday School teacher who has been serving for long time. Looking back over her serivce log I noticed she had worked over 1000 hours. To reconginze her contribution to our minsitry we thought it would be a neat idea to collect pennies - one to represent each hour she had worked. We presented them to her in a clear flower vase with fresh cut tulips. 

It was a very inexpensive way to show how much we appreciate what she has done. It also helped present the number of hours she has served in a tangible way.
